Redesigning a Multi-Platform Reservation Ecosystem for Scale and Conversion
From fragmented flows to a scalable reservation platform
I led the redesign of Apparta’s mobile app and SaaS platform to support rapid growth and operational complexity across high-demand restaurants. By restructuring user flows, improving real-time reservation management, and introducing accessibility standards, the product reduced pre-development errors by 25%, achieved a 4.5% no-show rate below industry average, and drove 64% user retention.
A system designed for operational complexity and growth
The result is a unified product ecosystem across mobile and web that enables restaurants to manage reservations, optimize occupancy, and drive additional revenue streams. By simplifying critical flows, introducing WCAG accessibility, and aligning the experience across platforms, the redesign improved usability in high-pressure environments while unlocking new monetization opportunities such as upselling and prepaid reservations—now contributing up to 32% of additional revenue per booking.
Product Thinking & Scalability
This project demonstrates a shift from interface design to product thinking—focusing on how users discover, decide, and act within a complex platform. By structuring flows, defining consistent interaction patterns, and designing for scalability, the experience supports both user engagement and long-term product evolution.
